Anthea homecare is a family run introductory staffing agency in Northampton, specialising in finding the best care companions, (carers, care assistants, or personal assistants)  for private individuals living in their own homes. Our matching service is tailored to suit an individual's care needs and personal attributes. The service user gets the opportunity to meet our selected carers before choosing a suitable one to care for them privately. We charge a finder's fee for the matching service. All our carers are  self-employed, therefore, they are directly employed by the client. Our carers are carefully vetted and rigorous checks are carried out before adding them to our team. We only employ the best!
